Canterbury, Kent a peaceful country delight retreat

You will be staying in a beautifully decorated open planned barn house set in it’s own private gardens and with stunning views of Syndale Valley. This venue can accommodate up to 10 guests and is only a 60 minute commute from the city of London.

Walking distance is the stunning Syndale Valley with country walks and nearby is the magical Blean woods nature reserve and Herne Bay beach which is only a 20 minute drive away from the venue. Enjoy country walks, relax and enjoy a heartfelt book on the porch and book yourself a healing massage delight!

This retreat is ALL INCLUSIVE, you will return feeling nourished, loved & revitalised!

All rooms are spacious and light with wooden panelling and spectacular garden views. Wifi, towels & yoga equipment are included.

8.30-9.30am – Energising Yoga flow
9.30-10.30am – Fresh juice & breakfast
10.30-12.30pm – Free time/Massages
12.30-1.30pm – Raw food workshop
1.30-2.30pm – Wholesome lunch
2.30-5pm – Free time/Massages
5-6.30pm – Restorative Yin Yoga
7-8.30pm – Nutritious dinner
9-9.30pm – Sound bath Meditation

Feeling nourished – Sunday:

8.8.30am – Uplifting Qigong Meditation
8.30 – 9.30am – Healing Hatha Yoga
9.30-10.30am – Fresh juice & breakfast
11.30-12pm – Closing circle
