The programme was very well thought out. I enjoyed every yoga session and learned how to better my techniques. I loved the fact that there was a specially selected variety of yoga practices. The instructor Lula McGill was excellent. I enjoyed spending 3 days with a group of likeminded women, getting to know them, exercising and meditating together, sharing cups of tea, mealtimes and life stories, sharing our experiences and knowledge on wellbeing subject. The house was very comfortable, the yoga studio was full of light and calm, the surrounding grounds were peaceful. We enjoyed some great walks, and the sauna did the trick warning up our bodies and relaxing our muscles. The chef did not stop and everything she cooked was delicious and super healthy. Some of us walked away with inspirational new food recipes. This was my first retreat, but after 3 days I felt very relaxed and enthused to live better, healthier, stress free and I will be planning to do another retreat. I found meaning in taking a break from everyday life and looking after myself, indulging in heathy living, nature and new friends. I particularly enjoyed the first and last talking sessions. They were honest and deeply emotional, powerful moments, led by a very experienced group leader, Lula McGill. Thank you Lula and all the wonderful women in my group from that weekend.

Had a lovely time in menorca...beautiful location, accommodation and breathtaking scenery all around. A surreal place to really unwind and meditate. Amber and Ivan are the greatest hosts. “BOOK IT! " What a wonderful weekend! Yoga retreats are never going to be a negative experience, but I think I hit the jackpot with this one. Being in the company of this group of amazing women was exactly what I needed! Our host Lula was the perfect mix of wisdom, absolute honesty and completely nonjudgmental. She created the perfect environment for a group of people from all kinds of backgrounds and scenarios, to feel completely comfortable as soon as they came together. I’ve learned so much and left this weekend with some real friendships. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and in an ideal location. No more than a 5 min taxi ride from the station and plenty of parking for those that drive in. A beautiful house with stunning and tranquil views. I’d have stayed longer if I could! And I cannot speak more highly of our chef Kayleigh and the food she made for us all. I’m a meat eater in general, although I do enjoy meat free food too. But I was a little dubious that I’d end up feeling hungry with veggie only meals so I actually bought some snacks with me just in case! Boy was I wrong! The snacks went completely untouched. I was completely satisfied with every meal and I’m a big eater too. Kayleigh did an amazing job! All in all, I had a wonderful weekend and I’d have happily stayed longer if there was an extended retreat. I’ll definitely be back for another weekend. A truly enlightening experience made all the more special by the personal care and attention shown by our exceptional hosts.......Amber and Ivan. We began our days with Qi-gong explained and led so eloquently by Ivan. Once we were 'warmed up', energised and full of positive chi Amber would then follow on with yoga practice. With her wealth of experience she is able to guide each participant to reach their full potential and we all noticeably improved during the course of the week. The reward for our efforts was to then sit down together and enjoy a superb healthy and nutritious breakfast. This really set us up for the day during which we could take guided mindfulness walks in pretty countryside often with sea views, or 'do our own thing' until sunset yoga. Weather permitting this would take place poolside or on the roof terrace, sometimes with chanting and meditation. The next treat would be the wholesome tasty suppers created by Ivan and enjoyed by all.

I had the most amazing time on the 1 week Menorca yoga retreat in October. Amber’s twice a day yoga classes were a mix of dynamic, relaxing & restorative, by the pool & on the roof terrace. Our group went on a beautiful mindfulness walk in the wilderness by the villa & did a chakra meditation on the rocks by the sea. We also enjoyed a relaxing sound bath. We all opted for Amber’s blissful massages as an extra. Amber & Ivan were incredibly attentive & hard working hosts. Their wholesome vegan & vegetarian cooking was absolutely divine. The villa was stunning, rustic & spotless, located near a dramatic cliff edge with a view up the coast, with a gorgeous beach nearby which we visited most days. I highly recommend this retreat, to anyone wanting to improve their yoga & meditation practice & restore & invigorate their heart & soul. 🙏

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. The different styles of yoga and meditation meant that there was something for everyone, and lots to learn and bring home with fresh ideas for things to focus on in my home practice. We bonded really well as a group and the energy was fantastic, we have all swapped details to stay in touch. Lula was a great teacher with a wide knowledge of everything from nutrition to Qi Gong as well as the varied yoga styles with a Pilates and movement theory added in. The group ranged from complete beginners to those already on a journey and Lula tailored it for all of us so no one missed out. The food was out of this world, I know some of us were worried about being hungry and that couldn’t have been further from the reality! The house and surroundings are absolutely stunning, we were very lucky with the weather this weekend but it would have been equally gorgeous in more autumnal weather. Definitely worth getting the massage as an extra as well; that was a highlight.
I loved the location. The space and surrounding countryside was wonderful. The first evening's meditation gave me such a sound sleep I missed the thunder and lightening even though the door to my balcony was wide open, but the owls woke me in the early morning. Sublime. Lula was a great teacher and made sure we were all comfortable in our poses and had time for individual questions regarding things outside the practice. The food was delicious and plentiful and super-healthy. I'm going to definitely go again as I have come back feeling Iighter in spirit with intentions that I hope to carry forward into the future.

The setting is serene with beautiful nature on your doorstep. No noise! We loved the variety of classes with Beginner and advanced yogis well catered for. The group bonded well and there was a friendly vibe. The massage was fantastic as well as the jacuzzi and the large swing suitable for adults. It was a real opportunity to just rest, play and look after ourselves.

The retreat was set in the most beautiful and peaceful location but easily accessible by taxi from the local train station. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, all healthy, vegan and plenty of it! Lula our instructor was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and her classes were the perfect mix of being accessible for all attendees and providing a challenge for those wanting to go further. There was a fabulous hot tub for us to use which a group of us enjoyed one evening and came out to a clear sky full of stars, which made the experience even more memorable.
I liked the variety of different types of yoga available for all levels. Very welcoming and very well run. Lula was terrific as the teacher, knowledgeable and helpful. Late night jacuzzi was a treat! Lovely airy bedroom with balcony.

From the second we arrived we were welcomed warmly and introduced to the others. We were shown around and clear instructions were given on the format of the first evening. The soft nature of Amber, the excellent food and the yoga was amazing. It didn't matter that I wasn't very good as instructions were given and all levels were catered for.

I did like almost everything about this. The location is beautiful. You really feel in the middle of nature. The environment that Amber creates makes you feel like you are in a different reality. It allowed me to relax like never before. The food is awesome. I haven't eat so well outside my home in months. The yoga and meditation classes are comprehensible and easy to follow. "Such a heart blowing experience :) " I am not sure where to start! This to me was a heart blowing experience. I was struggling for the past couple of months and needed some space and time to help me find myself and find some peace within. Well, this retreat gave me that and so much more. As an introvert, I was a bit apprehensive to going into a place where I do not know anyone, but this changed the moment I met such lovely and welcoming people. There were no expectations or judgments from anyone; I loved being able to sit in the sofa reading a book with some lovely music in the background and listening to the sounds and smells of Lula's cooking (brought me great memories from my childhood!). "Pure bliss!! Came back empty with empty mind" After pandemic from last year I have been working from home and was looking forward to rejuvenate and this retreat was just perfect for anyone who is looking to relax and empty the mind. The weather turned too hot but its good to have this heatwave. Fortunately we had awesome weather during the retreat and enjoyed every bit of it. The sessions were amazing with different styles of yoga. For me the highlight was the sound bath meditation and the vegan food was sumptuous and the place was like heaven. “Peaceful weekend Retreat” This retreat was a peaceful weekend getaway! The food was incredible and the yoga was accessible to everyone - we had a mixture of abilities in the group from complete beginners to yoga teachers. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and our teacher was lovely Lula - she was super knowledgable in health & nutrition and the mechanics of the body and she guided us though many different types of yoga and meditation techniques so every class was different and interesting. My accommodation was perfect - I had the fluffiest bed all to myself and felt like I was literally sleeping on a cloud! I woke up to the sound of the sheep outside and it was dreamy. I did like absolutely everything about this yoga retreat. It was the right balance - enough yoga practices (5 sessions) and free time to relax. I also valued the chance to try new practice such as moving meditation or quigong. It was also very nice to have a more in depth conversation with the instructors about yoga. The food was so healthy and tasty. The accommodation was very cosy and clean. I would come back again and will definitely recommend this stay to all my friends.

Lula Mcgill is a special person ( our yoga instructor) - she did not just offer yoga ranging across every level which was inclusive and yet able to stretch your personal practice, but also extended ( if you wanted ) into nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, history, holistic yoga practice and even philosophical discussion- she is so dynamic and wonderful but not at all intrusive and very respectful of peoples wished and needs. 2. “Life changing experience” Everything about this retreat was amazing, I felt I took something new away with me from each session that I now apply in my daily routine. I felt at ease as soon as I stepped into the house, and this feeling was carried with me throughout the weekend. The house is beautiful, it's in a special place and the atmosphere there is so warm and cozy! The morning meditation outside overlooking the lake was incredible! I am fairly new to yoga, and I felt as though the sessions were perfect for all levels, with the opportunity to push myself when I wanted to, and the reminder to rest when I needed to and to listen to my body. I ended up doing a headstand which is a huge achievement for me! The massage I had was beautiful, and the wild lake swim although very cold was a complete rush, and the experience brought the group closer together! The food was incredible!! I felt completely nourished the entire time, and by the end of the weekend my skin was so soft! I'm putting that down to the morning juice! During my free time I also went on a walk up to the waterfall, a 15 minute drive away, which was beautiful! I overcame a lot of anxieties, and pushed myself mentally and physically to the limit during this trip, and I feel so much stronger now. The location, absolutely beautiful. A great mix of people, and with lack of phone signal and TV, we sat and "spoke" :) Just like it used to be. I really enjoyed the mix of yoga, and learnt a lot of new things. Also learning that vegan food can taste so good.

“A dream experience” I loved everything about this retreat and learnt so much in such a short time. The food was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the raw food class and being able to talk to our amazing chef so openly. Each yoga class was completely different but amazing too and it's clear to see that Amber is a real specialist who adores what she does. She created the most beautiful and calming atmosphere from the moment we walked in the door, where everybody could do and be as they wanted. My mum and I did our morning meditations and yoga sessions in our pyjamas, it was that relaxed! By the end of the retreat I felt like I had found myself again and was completely grounded and inspired. “A beautiful birthday treat” Amber created a welcoming and nurturing atmosphere which allowed people to come together as a group or to spend quiet time reading and relaxing. She also led the yoga sessions and sound bath and qi gong. I particularly enjoyed the sound healing and qi gong, both of which were new to me. Alison gave me a fantastic treatment combining massage, accupressure and Reiki which left me so relaxed I slept for an hour and a half afterwards, and Rob produced delicious vegan food the whole weekend. I had an amazing experience at Ambers yoga retreat in Menorca. The combination of Yoga, Qi gong, healthy food, walks and swimming all set in beautiful surroundings was the ideal break away to find some peace and harmony. “The retreat of a lifetime” I needed a reset of my body, as the last 3 years I've been stressed with exams and let my physical body go. About 3 months ago, I started doing yoga again but wanted something to help me reset my thoughts.
This retreat was offering everything I was looking for, Yoga, meditation, sound bath and at a reasonable price. I liked the food the teacher Lula (amazing lady) and all the sessions we did.
As I said above, it helped me reset my mind and become focused on what I want to achieve and my goals. Lula gave out some great nutritional advice for me to take home.
